Pecorino is the original ‘hard cheese’ that was first produced by Romans over two thousand years ago and is made from sheep’s milk. It has a stunning nutty and tangy taste and is stunning with the smooth mozzarella, moist ricotta and full fat Italian goats cheese.
Ingredients: Pecorino Rigatello; Mozzarella; Ricotta; Goats Cheese; Fresh Basil; Black Pepper (option of tomato sauce base)
